Return Policy

Q. I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM, WHERE DO I START?

Contact us immediately and request an RMA. We will start the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process, collect the important information, and get the paper work rolling.

Q. WHAT ARE THE POLICIES FOR EXCHANGES, RETURNS, ETC…

Exchanges

  • Exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (holiday exceptions) for equal or greater valued items
  • Customer pays shipping costs
  • Items must be in original and unopened package

Returns

  • Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (holiday exceptions)
  • Customer pays shipping costs
  • Items must be in original and unopened package
  • Items that aren’t returned in the original, unopened package are subject to a 10% restocking fee
  • Non stock or special order is non-returnable, except for defective products

Cancellations

  • Cancellation must occur before order ships
  • After shipment, see Returns

Warranties

  • Vendor warranties vary; see product page for details, call for guidelines

Shipping Errors

  • Handled at the expense of Tool Authority, contact us for RMA paperwork

Clearance and Discontinued Items

  • All sales are final

  • 30-day return policy on items labeled as Recon or Reconditioned
