- Adjustable shims enable both a tight fit when using plywood panels and the ability to use thick panels ( from 5.5mm to 6.35mm ); The unique cutter geometry virtually eliminates tearout
- Top portion of cutter, including bearing and spindle, is removed to produce the front of the long tenon profile for blind tenons, through tenons, or bridle joints
- Bits feature Freud’s Perma-Shield coating that reduces heat and pitch build up along with rust, and Freud’s TiCo Hi-Density Carbide to maximize bit life and material finish
- Optional cutters are available for double profile doors (99-861) and glass panel doors (54-760) with variable thicknesses and long tenons for perfecting matching profiles on all doors because it’s the same set of router bits
