I recently ordered a Makita generator wheel kit from Tool Authority. When it arrived it was missing a key component, the axle for the wheels. This type of problem is typically the reason people often avoid ordering on-line. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention I received from their support. Initially they ordered a replacement for me to be dropped shipped directly from Makita. I received an empty box from Makita. Next Tool Authority opened a kit they had in inventory and shipped the axle directly to me. This all took place in less than 2 weeks and, of course, at no charge. I just wanted to write because the Bosch drill which you sold me at the extraordinarily low price of $169 (no charge for shipping either, are you people trying to go bankrupt?) got here in good condition 2 days after I placed the order. So you shipped on the same day I placed the order and UPS shipped with normal ground speed, not some cut-rate low-priority thing reserved for "free shipping" special.
