I just wanted to write because the Bosch drill which you sold me at the extraordinarily low price of $169 (no charge for shipping either, are you people trying to go bankrupt?) got here in good condition 2 days after I placed the order. So you shipped on the same day I placed the order and UPS shipped with normal ground speed, not some cut-rate low-priority thing reserved for "free shipping" special. After the trouble I had with your website I was ready to buy from another company but I'm very glad I called you instead. Both people I spoke to (one salesperson, one web guy) were top-notch and everything has certainly gone perfectly from then on.
